Service Description

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice originating as a martial art that combines slow, deliberate movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy and traditional medicine, it promotes balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Often described as "meditation in motion," Tai Chi enhances physical health by improving coordination, reducing stress, and supporting overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, its graceful sequences cultivate a sense of harmony between body and mind, making it a popular practice for relaxation, rehabilitation, and longevity.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Refunds: Workshops are fully refundable up to 10 days prior to the workshop start date for weekend/overnight workshops. For day or evening workshops, refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the workshop start date. Participant-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made after the refund window (10 days for weekend/overnight workshops and 7 days for day/evening workshops) are non-refundable. However, the workshop booking may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost. Facilitator-Initiated Cancellations: If the workshop is canceled by the facilitator at any time prior to the workshop, participants will receive a full refund. In the event of cancellations due to facilitator illness or insufficient bookings, an alternative date may be offered. If the alternative date does not work for the participant, a full refund will be provided. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both participants and organizers.
