Hatha Yoga with Leigh Marsden

Yoga

Suitable for both beginners and more experienced students, our Yoga classes focus on alignment, breathwork, and meditation. Join us for a balanced practice that cultivates strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm the nervous system, and build resilience. Gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation practices help you develop tools for everyday wellbeing.

Gentle Floor-Based Yoga with Leigh

Gentle Yoga

Enjoy a restorative, gentle yoga class that prioritises releasing tension, reducing stress, and gently enhancing mobility. May be helpful for people with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia.

Flow Yoga

Our Flow yoga classes offer a dynamic, breath-led practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through smooth, flowing sequences.

Qigong

Experience the gentle, flowing movements of Qigong (chee-gong): practices that cultivate balance, strength, and inner harmony while promoting relaxation and mindful awareness.

Sound Therapy

Our sound therapy classes offer two unique experiences to support your wellbeing. Choose from deeply relaxing sessions designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind, or more intensive sound journeys that encourage emotional release and energetic shifts.

$5 casual classes: Monday 5.30pm Yoga, Wednesday 10am Qigong 

$15 casual class: Saturday 9am Flow Yoga

From 6th October, yoga classes available in blocks of 10
Tuesdays 11am - Gentle Yoga with Leigh ($150 block of 10)
Tuesdays 6pm - Yoga with Leigh ($150 block of 10)
Thursdays 6pm - Yoga with Trudi ($130 block of 10)
Fridays 10am - Yoga with Leigh ($150 block of 10)
Casual places are usually available - please enquire

Please PM to enquire about Trauma-Informed Yoga (body-based somatic therapy for positive reconnection with breath and body) Courses of 8 sessions offered through ACC sensitive claims, or via public referral. 

Classes held at different locations: 

- Geraldine Yoga is held every Monday 7pm at the Geraldine Primary Hall. Cash only, $14 or $115 for 10 class pass. 
- Chair Yoga for Seniors is held every Thursday 2pm at Trinity Community Centre, College Rd, Timaru. $3
